For our quality product, we give you 5 years guarantee. The guarantee covers that our product is free from material defects. This applies from the date of purchase (date of purchase). If the product was ordered online, the period applies from receipt of the goods. As soon as defects occur during the guarantee period, you must make your guarantee claim immediately within the guarantee period. Depending on the guarantee case, we grant you at our discretion either the repair of defective parts or the replacement of the product. If a repair is not possible and an identical product for the exchange is no longer available in our assortment, you will receive a replacement product of the same value as far as possible. This guarantee is valid worldwide. Excluded from the guarantee are:
(1) Use-related or other naturally caused wear and tear defects;
(2) Damage due to improper use or handling (e.g. impact, shock, fall) as well as improper storage;
(3) Damage due to non-observance of the specified installation and operating instructions;
(4) Consumables (namely, components that are expected to require periodic replacement during the life of a product, such as ironing board covers).
(5) For indoor dryers: sock holders, feet and/or wheels
(6) For outdoor dryers: protective cover
A refund of the purchase price is not possible in the event of a guarantee claim. Furthermore, this guarantee does not grant any claims for damages. In order to make a claim under the guarantee, you must submit the defective product and the proof of purchase (including a copy) to the dealer from whom you purchased the product. A restriction of your legal rights, in particular purchase guarantee rights does not take place by this guarantee. These continue to apply to you.
