On 1st of November, Vileda Professional took over Marino Manufacturing Ltd in Toronto. The purpose of the acquisition is to expand and strengthen Vileda Professional on the Canadian and North American markets.

Vileda Professional has partnered with Marino since 2003 and products like SWEP and Wettex are already available in Canada and the US.
